Make sure that everyone in the family knows what they should do in case there is a fire. Practice fire drills to make sure that everyone will know what to do, where to go and where to meet up if ever there was a fire emergency. At the helm in the cockpit you have everything you would expect for navigation; sonar, radio package and a chart plotters table. While I can understand the logic behind this, practically, it gets in the way of your legs having adequate room.
